The 2002 Government Policy on Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) defines that an organisation should recognise that is has 'an impact on the society in which it operates'

In all cases where the male gender is used in descriptions or references in company documentation it is intended that this shall be deemed to include or be read as female and vice versa.
